About the guide
What is a HighAbroad guide?
It is a city-by-city PDF guide, 2026 edition, that explains what local law says about cannabis and how it is enforced for travelers: penalties, airport and layover rules, CBD and medicines, common tourist scams, harm reduction, what to do if police stop you, and emergency contacts. Every guide has numbered sources and the date it was last checked. It is informational and educational content.
Which cities are available?

What language and format is the guide in?
Each full guide is a PDF you download from your Hotmart purchase area (My Purchases). New guides launch in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and each language is a separate product. The languages currently available for each guide are shown in its buy box, so pick yours before checkout.
What does the guide not do?
The guide never says where or from whom to buy cannabis or anything illegal, does not sell or broker any substance, does not encourage anyone to break the law, and is not legal or medical advice for your situation. For that, talk to a qualified lawyer or health professional in the relevant country.
What happens when the law changes? Is the guide updated?
Each guide is an annual edition: what you buy now is the 2026 edition, with research checked on the date shown in the PDF. Your purchase does not include later updates. We publish a new edition every year, and if you'd like the 2027 edition, you can buy it when it comes out. Because laws can change at any time, always check official sources before you travel.
Can I print or share the PDF?
You may print the PDF for personal use. It may not be shared, redistributed or resold. If a friend is traveling too, they can buy their own copy on the site.
Purchase and payment
How much does it cost? Is it a subscription?
It's not a subscription: it's a one-time payment per guide, at the price shown on the guide page and on the Hotmart checkout.
Do you sell multi-city bundles?
Right now each guide is sold separately. Everything on sale is listed on the site's Guides page.
How do I pay? Is it secure?
Payment happens on Hotmart's secure checkout, our payment platform. We never see or store your card details. Available payment methods depend on your country and are shown on the checkout itself (for example card, Apple Pay and pay-later options in some countries).
How do I get a receipt or invoice?
Go to consumer.hotmart.com/invoice, enter your transaction code (it starts with two letters, like HP...) and the email you used to buy, and download the receipt as a PDF. The code is in Hotmart's confirmation email. If Hotmart says the invoice must be issued by the creator, email hello@highabroad.com.
Access
How do I access the guide after buying?
Once payment is approved, Hotmart sends a confirmation email. The PDF is available to download at consumer.hotmart.com under My Purchases: sign in with the same email you used to buy.
I paid but didn't get access. What should I do?
Look for Hotmart's email in your inbox and in Spam, Junk, Promotions and Social (search for @hotmart.com). Then sign in at consumer.hotmart.com with the same email you used to buy. Some payment methods take longer to confirm. If it still doesn't show up, email hello@highabroad.com with your transaction code.
I typed the wrong email, or want to change the purchase email.
Your purchase is linked to the email entered at checkout. To change it, use Hotmart's virtual assistant or support form (see the email-change article in the Hotmart Help Center). If you need help, email hello@highabroad.com with your transaction code.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Guides come with a 7-day guarantee, handled by Hotmart. Within that window, request a refund at refund.hotmart.com with your transaction code and purchase email, or email hello@highabroad.com and we will request it for you. Your purchase's guarantee window also shows under My Purchases on Hotmart.
How long does the refund take?
It depends on your payment method and bank. For credit or debit cards it usually shows on your current or next statement; other methods have their own timeframes. Hotmart publishes the timeframe for each payment method in its Help Center.
Legality and safety
Is cannabis legal in city X?
The guide summarizes what the law says and how it is enforced as of the date shown in it, with sources. But laws change, sometimes without notice, and differ between national, regional and local levels. Before you travel, check the destination government's official sources and your own government's travel advice, and talk to a qualified local lawyer about your situation.
Do you say where to buy?
No. We never say where or from whom to buy cannabis or anything illegal, and we do not sell or supply any substance. When we mention legal options, we mean lawful routes only, such as medical access where it exists.
Can I bring my medicine or CBD? Does the guide answer my case?
The guide explains general border, CBD and medicine rules with official sources, but it is not legal or medical advice. For your specific case, check with the destination country's embassy or consulate, its official authorities and your doctor, and a local lawyer if needed.
Who is the guide for?
For adults 18 and over, or 21 and over where local law requires it. It is for travelers who want to understand the law and stay safe.

How do I contact you?
Email hello@highabroad.com. We reply within 1 business day. If it's about a purchase, include your Hotmart transaction code (HP...). Never send card details by email. Corrections and city requests are welcome at this address too.
